Money Counting Ministry
The money counting ministry follows the Diocese of Orange's financial management guidelines for the proper accountability and safeguarding of the parish's receipt activity.
The ministry consists of four teams of trusted volunteer parishioners familiar with the diocese guidelines. Team members properly account for all cash and checks collected at the parish for deposit.
All parishioner offerings are regularly recorded in the parish database. A summary of contributions is mailed to each parishioner at the conclusion of every calendar year.
